Management Team

Dr Floyd Gomes (MBBS, FRACGP, MMed)

General Practitioner, Founder and Managing Director

Floyd has been passionate about age care since being a paperboy talking to many elderly customers who would wait at their letterboxes for the morning news! Eventually, he became a doctor for the love of medicine and for helping people improve their lives. In working as a GP, Floyd saw first-hand the difficulties faced by the elderly living at home and searched for a solution for this, eventually concluding that integrating home and health care was a sensible and synergistic way forward. After many years of research, this idea manifests as Mark & Sylvie’s Home Care. 

Hilde Ascheshoug (RN)

Care Coordinator & Practice Nurse (Vic)

After being a valuable member of the practice nursing team at Atticus Health, Hilde took on the role of Care Manager. In this role, she tries her very best to ensure that all plans consider an entire situation and are very well integrated. Hilde is a committed and caring nurse and a joy to work with.
Ingrid Rampton (RN)

Care Manager & Practice Nurse (Vic)

Ingrid has 18 years of experience in aged care and has been a valuable member of the Atticus Health Nursing team. Ingrid was offered the position of Home Care Manager, where she will endeavour to make a difference in the lives of our elders in the community. Not only is Ingrid passionate and caring, she also has an obsession with the colour purple.

Dayna Carey (RN)

Practice Nurse

Dayna has a passion for patient-centred care and holistic health. She is currently completing an intense chronic disease and healthy ageing program with the intention of providing quality care to the chronic disease patients that reside in our Hastings and Bittern community.

Ros (pictured left, Heather right) and her team at “Satellite” are the lovely people who take your calls when you call 1300268431 or email mshomecare@atticushealth.com.au. The Satellite team undergo continual training, allowing them to become more helpful and responsive to your needs. If you need any help with home care, please do get in touch. 
Oni

Receptionist at Peninsula Hub

Oni is the face you see at the front desk of our Peninsula Hub. Oni has been employed with Atticus Health since 2018, with her bubbly personality making her a perfect fit for our team here at Mark & Sylvie’s Home Care. Oni loves nothing more than seeing how patients’ lives can be enriched by what is offered at Mark & Sylvie’s and Atticus Health.
